Tomorrow You — Your Career Resiliency Score

How We Score

A defensible score, computed—not generated

Your assessment is transformed into a structured career context, mapped to occupational research, and analyzed through a graph of skills, tasks, roles, and career pathways. Graph machine learning surfaces exposure and opportunity signals, while the deterministic CRS scoring engine applies a versioned methodology to compute your score. A separate AI layer converts those results into personalized guidance, roadmaps, and next steps.

Under the hood

Architecture you can trust

Your profile is evaluated against graph-powered labor market intelligence, industry signals, and deterministic scoring models to quantify career resilience, AI exposure, and long-term adaptability.

  1. Capture your profile

You complete the guided assessment—role, industry, skills, tools, and how you actually work.

  2. Assemble career context

Your answers are normalized into a structured profile mapped to occupational research data (including O*NET)—not improvised by AI.

  3. Graph intelligence

We extract and traverse an occupational knowledge graph—tasks, skills, and career paths—using graph-backed machine learning to surface exposure and adjacency signals for your situation.

  4. Deterministic CRS scoring

The Career Resiliency Score engine applies a versioned, research-informed methodology to produce your 0–100 score and component breakdown with a full audit trail. The number is never written by a language model.

  5. Insight narration

A separate AI layer translates your scores and graph context into plain-language priorities, roadmaps, and skill guidance—interpretation only, never the math.

  6. Validation & your report

Outputs are checked for consistency with your inputs and methodology, then delivered in your results dashboard and exportable PDF—with provenance you can inspect.

Design principle

A single numeric source of truth from the CRS scoring engine, plus a separate interpretive layer for narrative and recommendations—so you always know what is evidence and what is guidance.
