Last updated: June 8, 2026. This document is provided for transparency and risk disclosure. It is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review before relying on it for your business.

Binding agreement. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and all disclaimers and policies referenced therein.

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and any additional policies, disclaimers, or notices published on the Service (collectively, the "Legal Terms"), form a binding legal agreement between you and Tomorrow You.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, submitting an assessment through, purchasing from, downloading from, or otherwise using the Tomorrow You website, assessment, results, or related materials (the "Service") in any manner — whether as a visitor, assessor, or purchaser — you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you accept and agree to be bound by all Legal Terms. If you do not agree to every applicable Legal Term, you must not access or use the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after we post updates to any Legal Term constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Description of the service

The Service provides an informational Career Resiliency Score and related explanatory content based on your inputs, occupational datasets (including O*NET-derived data where applicable), deterministic scoring configuration, and optional large-language-model-generated narrative.

The Service may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

No professional or employment advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE CAREER COUNSELING, PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, FINANCIAL ADVICE, HUMAN RESOURCES ADVICE, OR EMPLOYMENT PLACEMENT SERVICES.

Nothing on the site constitutes a recommendation to hire, fire, promote, change jobs, invest, or take any specific career action. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions that matter to you.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular score, interpretation, job offer, salary level, promotion, retention, career transition success, or protection from automation or market changes.

Past or illustrative scores on marketing pages are examples only and do not predict your outcomes.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for any decisions you make regarding your career, employment, education, or finances.

You agree to perform your own due diligence and not rely on the Service as the sole basis for material decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
  • Attempt to probe, scrape, or overload our systems without permission.
  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer or misrepresent the Service as professional licensed advice.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, scoring methodology presentation, and content (except third-party datasets and your inputs) are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party data and links

Occupational and labor-market data may come from public and licensed sources (including O*NET). Reference to third-party names does not imply endorsement.

External links, if any, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites.

Payments and refunds

Paid features, if offered, are described at the point of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing by Tomorrow You. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access pending resolution.

Payments and third-party processors (Stripe)

Certain paid features are fulfilled only after successful payment. Checkout and payment collection are provided by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), an independent third-party payment processor. Tomorrow You does not operate, control, or guarantee Stripe's payment systems, and Stripe is not our agent for purposes of delivering assessment content or career guidance.

When you initiate a payment, you are redirected to or interact with Stripe-hosted or Stripe-integrated checkout flows. Your payment credentials, card data, authentication steps, fraud screening, declines, retries, refunds initiated through Stripe, and any technical or operational issues arising within Stripe's environment are governed solely by Stripe's terms, privacy policy, and applicable card-network rules — not by Tomorrow You.

Tomorrow You is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability arising from, payment failures, processing delays, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, network outages, browser or device incompatibilities, incorrect payment details entered by you, Stripe account restrictions, or any other matter occurring in connection with Stripe's services. We do not provide technical support for Stripe checkout errors, bank declines, or payment-method problems. For those issues, you must contact Stripe or your financial institution directly.

Our obligation to unlock, deliver, or support paid report features begins only when we receive verifiable evidence of a completed payment from Stripe — for example, a confirmed PaymentIntent identifier, checkout session completion, or equivalent payment reference that our systems can validate against Stripe's records.

If you provide a valid Stripe payment reference (such as a PaymentIntent ID shown on your receipt or confirmation email) and our records confirm that payment, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to grant access to the purchased report, restore entitlements, or fulfill other paid services associated with that transaction. We cannot honor paid-access requests without such verifiable payment evidence.

Customer support from Tomorrow You for paid purchases is limited to entitlement and delivery issues tied to confirmed Stripe payments. We cannot investigate, reverse, or remediate payment problems that occur before Stripe confirms success. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores or narratives will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR CAREER OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY $0 FOR FREE USE).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your inputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.

Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You waive any right to participate in a class or representative action against us to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
